The Morgan is the perfect place to be able to regroup and be in nature while still being close to all the necessities (work, stores, etc.).

Living at The Morgan of Chapel Hill is truly so very pleasant. The drive in and the gronds are so beautiful and well kept. This is also true for the places of residence. All of the staff are so friendly and professional, which includes the staff who come to repair anything that may need repair on the apartments. And they do it promptly and swiftly All age groups live here. And the events planned by the staff as well as the beautiful pool, dog park and other areas make is easy to meet those who live here. I would go as far to say it could be one of the best apartment complexes to live in Chapel Hill/Durham area.

Decent apartments, overcharged amenity fees, often broken equipment. Friendly staff.
