The location is convenient because it’s close to everything, but that’s where the positives end. The maintenance is unreliable, nothing gets done when requested, and the property is not kept clean. For the price being charged, the level of service and upkeep is very disappointing.

Sunstone is a warm and peaceful place to live. The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any requests. The community is very family-friendly, with a safe and quiet environment that’s perfect for raising children. Its convenient location makes daily commuting easy, and the surrounding greenery adds a refreshing touch to everyday life. I truly enjoy living here and feel very supported.

It is a pleasant experience living in a community where we are able to interact with the other people who live here here as we share the the activity spaces in an area that is lovely in all seasons. It is also very important to be so close to stores and offices that we need.
