Ravenstone - Durham House (Shared Housing)

This listing is for a large single room in a 3000 sq ft house found in Durham; It is convenient to Duke and UNC. There is a separate bath, but it's yours. This room is available for only the serious student or professional. I am a nurse working at... UNC Hospital. I keep the house clean and expect the person staying with me to do the same. I work a lot, therefor there are quite hours to respect (nighttime, specific timing can be discussed). I work out, do food prep/cooking & work overtime every week. I basically need to share my space with someone who is driven/high powered/hard working, keeps a scheduled, is clean and who is a REALLY GOOD COMMUNICATOR. The reason I emphasize the "good communicator" part is that when you share a space with someone, you have to figure out what works for both/all parties, and you can't do that without good commination skills. What you get in return for all the strict rules is a drama free living environment conducive to study and success. Barring a natural disaster, you will have a stable living environment to promote your academic (or professional) success. There will only be a few people who I know will understand what I am getting at here, and you are the ones I am looking to rent a room to. I am willing to go out of my way to make accommodations for someone, I just ask the same in return and for that person to be a good decision maker in general.
