Comfy Loft w Bed & Bath Near Southpoint/ Durham

Hello,
I have been a female UNC employee for 13 years, and I am looking to rent the second floor of my townhome. There are stairs leading to the loft, bedroom, and bathroom. I am especially interested in grad students. No overnight guests,...
drinking, or drugs. The is a $50 nonrefundable monthly fee for incidentals, such as paper goods, washing machine supplies, etc. There is a one-time $200 cleaning fee for stays over 30 days.
I have a super friendly golden doodle a year old. There will be a background check, and credit check. The location is directly across the street from Southpoint Mall in Durham. Looking forward to meeting you.
Best Regards,
Nina James
