This place is a joke. Everything from the management to the maintenance is complete trash. The apartments are old and fall apart and maintenance is in the habit of gluing things back together. There are much nicer hospitable places to live in the area. You’ve been warned.

Close to UNC, Great Staff, Awesome Place to Live
I recently moved down to Chapel Hill to start Grad School at UNC. Laurel Ridge fits my needs perfectly. I can walk/bike to campus (~1 mile) quickly and am extremely pleased with the amenities here; pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts. There's AC, washers/driers, and the apartments have good floor plans. Last, but certainly not least, the staff members are kind and very helpful. I was lacking some tools when putting furniture together and their head of maintenance promptly stopped by to help!

Excited Pre Renter
I love the location and the price is more than worth the amenities. The only thing that could make this complex better is an on site workout facility.
