Laurel Ridge Apartments, 2 bedroom, taking over lease from roomate starting 5/11/26

This is a two bedroom apartment. The entryway is at street level. It's covered and there's a bike rack. Inside, the floors are carpeted, except for the kitchen and right by the front door. There's a living/dining space with a sliding glass door that... leads to a small covered porch with storage space. There's a couch and tv in the living room but my current roommate will probably take the dining table when he leaves. Further down, the hallway splits into a bathroom, a closet and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a single sink, toilet and shower with curtains. The closet is right outside the bathroom and I've kept it stocked with toilet paper, cleaning supplies and the like.
