Bedroom at Carrboro Farmers Market Area House (Shared Housing)

The 207 Bim Street house is in a particularly great (and safe) location in Carrboro and very close to town hall, the police department, etc. The house is on the same block as the Carrboro Farmers Market. Grad students, Faculty, Working professionals... preferred. There is a bus stop within a short walk (50 yards or less) from the house that can get you most anywhere around Chapel Hill / Carrboro. Weaver Street, groceries stores, restaurants and the University Campus are all a walk / bike away.

The house is very large. It is set up like a 2 story duplex. There are 3 roommates upstairs and 4 roommates downstairs. Both floors have their own living room, kitchen and bathrooms. So each floor is able to function independently and it is very easy to still have plenty of personal space in the house. The rooms are unfurnished. The house is quiet and looking for roommates that are all very nice, social, and like to have a good time, but not in a "party" sense.

The room only rents for a full year at a time (no partial leases). Rent payment is electronic (no checks accepted). The lease starts August and goes through July the following year. The rooms will rent for $750 / month. However, one room that's available has a private bath and will rent for $775 / month (only room in the house with a private bath). Rent includes all utilities (gas, water, and power), which keeps the renting process simple. The house is also set up for cable and wireless internet access. However, the renters are responsible for sharing that particular cost (split 7 ways so pretty inexpensive). The house also has a washer and dryer and off-street parking is available.
