I have a Spring 2027 and/or Summer 2027 Sublease at The Warehouse apartments, right off Franklin!!

Choose from 1 or 2 private bedrooms with bathroom in a 3-bedroom apartment (950 SQFT). Sublease... with a friend of individually. I will be living abroad Spring 2027 along with one of my roommates. 1 or 2 bedrooms are available for rent.

The Warehouse is fully-furnished (kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, appliances), 5 min walk to campus, secure building, with:

study rooms and lounges, 24-hour fitness center, furnished rooftop lounge and eating area, outdoor space with hammocks, grills and outdoor seating, complimentary daily coffee bar, exposed brick accent walls, oversized windows, pet friendly option available. The attached photos herein allow you to see the furnishings provided for a 3-bedroom apartment, however, individual bedding and decor items are not provided by The Warehouse.
