Hello, I am currently looking for one new roommate to move in for the next year. Move in as soon as possible.

August rent will be discounted.

The room shares a bathroom with one other roommate, and shared communal... spaces among what would be three of us. The townhome is located in a quiet single family neighborhood. There is available parking for no additional cost. The rooms both cost 850/month plus utilities which vary based on the time of year. There is a security deposit equivalent to one months rent.
*** One roommate has a young adult black domestic shorthair cat. He is sweet but a little anxious and shy and because he is a shorthair is unfortunately not hypoallergenic.***

Great for undergrad/graduate students or young professionals. There is not a chore chart, however the expectation is to be respectful of our shared spaces.
Bus line to campus located directly outside of the neighborhood, a walk away from southern village.
I currently live here and have over the past year, I enjoy the quiet while still being close to everything. The bus has never been an issue for me and I have always arrived to campus at a punctual time, I have a car but exclusively take the bus to school.
