Willow Terrace Condominiums

The property is a fully furnished condo/ townhouse. It shares a wall with neighboring units and is two stories. The first floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a laundry room, a living room with two couches and a TV, a half bathroom, and a storage... closet. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The subletter's bedroom looks out on the trees behind the condo, via a large window with blinds as well as cloth curtains. The bedroom has two small closets and a large artists' desk of adjustable height and incline. I'll also leave my small shelving unit, nightstand, bulletin board, and mirror for the subletter. I'm happy to leave my twin bed frame, or even leave my entire bed with a mattress protector on if the subletter doesn't have their own mattress. I can also store them.

There is a small patio and grass area out back where the large trash and recycling bins stand. The complex houses more families than students, though University Place is right across the street and convenient to visit if you have student friends living there. A bus stop is a one-minute walk from the front door, carrying the A and F lines that will take you right through the heart of campus or along Franklin Street respectively. There's a plaza for shopping and leisure across the street.
