I have lived here for ~6 months now and have renewed my lease for next year. I am a student, and so getting to campus on a daily basis is an important factor for me. There is a great back pathway that brings you near north campus in under a 10-minute walk!! I use this almost daily. There is also a bus route stop right in front of the apartments going each direction right in front of the apartment. The amenities are great as well! They have an office with amazing staff who are so responsive and... helpful. There is also free coffee, a great gym, and much more! I love living here and my apartment has really become my home!

Great for graduate students!

I've been living here for almost 3 years and it's wonderful. Everything that a graduate student needs is offered: a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you straight to campus, laundry & fitness rooms, a SUPER kind office staff, incredibly responsive maintenance team, and occasional snacks for residents in the office :)

Great amenities and great staff!

I've lived here for over a year and have had a great experience! The new management has really made a difference and you can tell that they care about their residents. Any time I have an issue, maintenance handles it within the same day. I hate that I'm moving but I have highly recommended this place to many of my friends and family.

Horribly Managed

Upon moving in, the apartment was somewhat clean, but there were nasty mattress covers on the nasty mattresses. You could tell that only a surface cleaning had been done. What has been really frustrating, though, has been dealing with the management and their on-line payment service. After experiencing problems trying to pay on-line, I have left messages with the office staff and sent emails, but have never had any response. Can't wait until the lease is up!
