Looking for a new roommate to join me in a great 2 Bed/1 Bath in Carrboro. Walkable to Carrboro town center, farmer’s market, Weaver St, etc. Easy access to UNC Campus on free Chapel Hill transit bus lines (J, CW,... and F lines) with pretty good bike infrastructure for getting around too. Rent is $900 a month plus utilities.

You would be living with me (31) and my large pittie mix, Abbie. She is very loving towards humans, but not a fan of living with other pets, sorry! I am a current PhD student in American Studies at UNC, and I do a lot of my academic work from home. I am pretty introverted and value a home with a calm pace, but I also enjoy being sociable with roommates and sharing some downtime/activities together. I like the idea of sharing groceries and cooking with a roommate (I love to cook!) but I'm also open to other arrangements depending on what works best for both of us. I tend to keep common areas tidy, and would prefer living with someone who does the same. The most important thing for me is having direct and respectful communication with a roommate.
