Maintenance ticket is closed even though issue is still there
Not only does it take weeks for maintenance to check on the issue, the office will also mark the ticket as complete before it’s fully addressed.

Increasingly more frustrated and disillusioned with the staff turnover, lack of communication, terrible timing of the clubhouse and pool makeover, ridiculous long wait times to have maintenance issues taken care of to name a few.
