Summer Sublet

(female only) Looking to sublease my room in a house on Pleasant Drive in Carrboro. The room is available starting this week if needed and the lease runs through July 31st.
The house is in a great location: about a 10-minute bike ride to the quad, on... a direct bus route, and around a 30-minute walk to campus.
The house has 7 bedrooms, but only 3 other people will be staying there (all girls), so it should be pretty quiet and spacious. The room is on the second floor.
I can leave the room with a queen sized mattress or completely unfurnished. The other furniture in the photo will be removed before move in.
The living room and kitchen will be cleaned before move-in as well.
Rent: $550/month including utilities, price negotiable.
