Furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, and closet, the space combines mid-century, vintage, and industrial touches for a warm, character-filled atmosphere. The home also features a brand-new washer/dryer and water heater, central air, Roku TV, internet, and private parking for up to two vehicles on a gravel driveway.

Within walking distance is Southern Village, home to Weaver Street Food Co-op, The Lumina movie theatre, restaurants, a wine bar, gym, and a large park with a dog park and the park-and-ride to UNC. You’re also just a ten-minute drive from Jordan Lake, offering trails, kayak and boat rentals, and camping. Dogs are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee (no cats, please). Furniture can be removed or adjusted for longer-term stays, ensuring flexibility and comfort for every tenant.
