Are you good at keeping things at home tidy and clean? Like cats? Are you reliable, honest and responsible?

Would you like to have a room (as well as your own bathroom, refrigerator and rec room with utilities included) at no cost in exchange for 10... hours a week of providing help around the house, including errands and miscellaneous small chores, to the homeowner? (Helper will need to use her own vehicle; most errands 1 mile away from the house)

Lightly furnished (bed, desk, chair) private bedroom and bathroom and downstairs rec room in a home currently available to a reliable woman 20 or older. FEMALES APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE! UNC student preferred and will be given preference in screening applications.

All rent will be waived in exchange for 10 hrs/wk help around the house including kitty care (daily cat box cleaning for 1 cat), weekly laundry, weekly grocery shopping, and other easy daily chores and errands.

Great for mature grad student looking for quiet location convenient to UNC. Nice neighborhood, safe and great for walking.

WiFi and utilities included. On F bus line in Colony Woods neighborhood, easy commute to UNC.

Homeowner is UNC School of Medicine retiree, lives on upper floor where you'll share kitchen, living room, dining room and large screened porch and deck.

Your private bedroom, bathroom, rec room and refrigerator (homeowner uses the upstairs refrigerator) are on the lower floor.

On street parking. Nonsmoking, social drinker okay, no overnight guests, no additional pets.
