This lovely 2BR 1B apartment is in a great little building in the heart of Carrboro. You can walk to the Farmers' Market in about 1 minute, and Weaver Street in 10. It's very convenient for UNC folks because it's about a 3 minute walk to the J bus or... the CW! Also great for biking to campus.

I am looking for a lease takeover for my place, which means that you will be getting a 5% lower rate than other new renters at these apartments, which is awesome! That means I am also flexible on the move-in date: it could be any time between June 1 and July 1.

The apartment has a dishwasher, laundry, and built-in microwave. The two bedrooms are in the back of the unit, so it's peaceful to open the windows and hear nature sounds at night. The other people in the building tend to be friendly students and young professionals.
