I love Kelby Farms. Everyone is so nice and welcoming in the community, the only noise I hear from the community are people walking their dogs, and the team is so quick to fix any problem I may have. It’s lovely living here

Kelby Farms is an absolutely beautiful place to live. Amazing amenities, super helpful staff, and even more helpful maintenance staff. I have loved my experience here as a resident and if I wasn’t moving to a different area, I’d definitely stay. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family looking for a beautiful and safe place to live in Durham.

Absolutely love the Kelby Farms Team. Lived here for a year and they have been immensely helpful, especially the maintenance team. We have called on Ray and Noah to fix a great number of things, very minor things as the apartment complex is still relatively new. They come in usually within 24 hrs, always prepared on how to fix the issue, and they fix it quickly and efficiently. Very grateful to have them around and make living at Kelby much easier and comfortable.
