Short Walk/Bike to beautiful Bolin Creek trail, restaurants and Flyleaf (Independent) Bookstore. 1.5... mile Bike or walk to Franklin Street/UNC or take free bus line (bus stop one block away). Separate and private entrance and completely unconnected to main level of house, spacious living area with wall of windows, knobby pine paneling, eat-in kitchen with washer/dryer. Tile floors in main living area and kitchen.

Seeking responsible, courteous tenant for single occupancy. Our home has a long history of renting to graduate students, PhD candidates. Dedicated parking space in driveway. We (the homeowners) live upstairs and are a couple with daughter away at college. We respect your privacy and enjoy our privacy as well, but do enjoy friendly interactions when we see each other in the driveway. We are responsive and easily accessible property owners for repair/maintenance issues.
