Our garden apartment is attached to a private home in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with wide streets and a walk around pond. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. There is a dining table and two chairs. There is a long workspace board. There is new large TV with Wi Fi and a comfortable leather chair and side table. There is a bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and table. A California style walk in closet area is adjoining. The bathroom is modern and has a bathtub with shower along with sink and toilet. Our neighborhood is very close to numerous restaurants/fast food places. It is a few miles from the Southpoint mall and close to several grocery stores. There is a small mall where laundry service is available at the end of the street. The house is approx. 3.7 miles or 7 minutes driving time removed from UNC. Bus service is approx. 1/4 mile from home. It is a 5 minute drive from home by car to the Friday Center's large parking lot which has frequent bus service to UNC.
