The small porch overlooks a very private garden with many trees... . The apartment is sunny with large windows and a large living area with a European style kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, sink, electric burners and microwave. There is a dining table and two chairs. There is a long workspace board. There is new large TV with Wi Fi and a comfortable leather chair and side table. There is a bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and table. A California style walk in closet area is adjoining. The bathroom is modern and has a bathtub with shower along with sink and toilet. Our neighborhood is very close to numerous restaurants/fast food places. It is a few miles from the Southpoint mall and close to several grocery stores.
