I have been at Franklin Woods for almost 2 years and I find it a really excellent apartment. People there are really helpful. When ever you face any problem just contact them and they will do there best to serve you. The apartment is really comfortable and will organized. The price even is really great compared with the prices of other companies. I really enjoy living there.

Love My Home
Going on my second year living here and I love it. Seriously, no complaints. I've lived in 5 apartments and this is the absolute best bang-for-your-buck living I've ever experienced. You don't have to compromise on anything. Even though we're right off the main road and bus stop (convenient as heck), it's been very quiet. I don't know what it looked like before their updates, but my apartment is so perfect for me and my partner. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances, lots of natural light and a smart layout. When we originally toured we weren't able to see a vacant (which is usually a non-negotiable). I have to say, our apartment was as beautiful and fresh as the model. I really do love it here.

highly recommend the renovated apartments
*I live here since 8 months with my family in 2br renovated apartment.
*it is a calm place and great if you have a family.
*it is not dark and scary outside like most chapel hill apartments. they have strong street stadium lights. (it is very safe)
*bus stop is just by the entrance (10 seconds walk!!)
*5 minute walking distance to whole foods, university mall, silverspot cinema, dunkin donuts, traders joes, harris teeters.
*administration staff are very friendly and always smiling.
*maintenance are very helpful and responds immediately. (Hector)
* the only thing I DONT like that the stairs and the hallways that surrounds the apartments doors are always very dirty (spider webs, bugs, polen, sticky stuff).
in that 8 months that i lived here it was washed only ONCE while it should be done once a week atleast.
otherwise everything is perfect

Very recommended!
This is a very good place for students of UNC. I moved in one year ago and decide to continue to stay here further. I love the apartment very much. The staff is very helpful, my apartment is renovated and there are few things needs to be fixed.But anytime if I need, Hector, the maintenance guy, will comein the same day and fix things perfectly.
