Finley Forest Apartments

Seeking 1 female roommate move-in late Dec or early Jan ; $800 a month + utilities.

Hi all! I am renting a 2bed/2bath apartment in Finley Forest [on NC-54/Raleigh Rd] on the bus line to UNC. I am seeking a female non-smoker to sublet from Jan 1st...
(the room is open as early as December 16, 2025 if preferred).

Both rooms have their own connecting bathroom, and also a private mini balcony.

Landlord says no pets and also please no overnight male guests.

A little about me: I defended my PhD this summer and now am looking for jobs. Very friendly and considerate, and I also have shared furniture for the kitchen/ living room area. Even though I am not an undergrad myself, undergrads are welcome.

Happy to give tours if desired. Please DM me if interested in the address or to chat more!
