Apartment Description
Estes Park's central location puts downtown Chapel Hill and downtown Carrboro at your fingertips. It's a quick bike or bus ride to UNC, and a short drive to shopping at Carr Mill Mall or University Mall. Easy access to I-40 and US 15-501 puts the... entire Triangle within easy reach. Excellent schools are also nearby. Our one and two bedroom apartments include washers and dryers, and you'll enjoy relaxing at our sparkling swimming pool with free Wi-Fi. For students, we offer all-inclusive packages and flexible lease terms.
The management here is awful and utterly incompetent. The building also has many structural issues (concrete under the floor is broken and uneven). Noise travels exceptionally well. Windows are so thin and old that heating and cooling the apartment costs more than expected. Please, do not make the same mistake I made. You will also notice the weird carpet. I don't even know how to describe them. It is not a carpet. But what bothers me is how incompetently it is managed, and being lied to (concerning my water bill) was quite an awakening.

The management is amazing
Living in the Estes Park Apartments community has been a great experience at all levels. The management is great in terms of checking the apartments to make sure everything is fine and running.

Been here over five years!
Great location. Beautiful park across the street with a playground and trails for biking or running. Walk into town. Harris teeter. They just upgraded the landscaping and it's beautiful. If I call for any maintenance they are right on it. They have been renovating units in between tenants and they are awesome! The office staff has been great and always accommodating. They work hard at planning community events that bring us all together. I highly recommend this place. Like I said......been here five years and counting.

Bad Maintenance and Management
The management here at Estes Park is very unconcerned with the state of the complex. The apartments are very susceptible to bug infestations, and more often than not there are many bugs inside. The maintenance is also very slack, they do very little to ensure that the residence are happy. For example, the pool has been closed for 3 days now due to a broken rope. I have seen that they already got a new rope, yet nothing has been done and the pool is still closed. The pool is the only recreational activity for most of the residents here and without it, we are left with very little to do around here. Hopefully the management and maintenance team will step it up and begin working harder to ensure a better living for the residents.

Estes Park
This apartment complex is a great location in Carrboro, NC. Right across the street from a community park, beautiful nature trails and right around the corner from Carmill mall it's an awesome location! The management office was very responsive with any maintenence but the only downer is the walls between each apartment seemed thin. I could always hear the music my neighbors would play.
