Autumn Woods Apartments

I am looking for someone/multiple people to take over the lease on my 2BR apartment in Autumn Woods Apartments in Carrboro, ideally starting sometime in June (when I move out) or July! It is about a 7-minute drive from UNC’s campus and 5 from... Franklin St. and is right on the bus line as well!

The lease ends on November 3rd but there will be an option to renew. Shared spaces include the kitchen, a bathroom with lots of counter and storage space and a cozy living room area, dining area, and balcony. The apartment also has a dishwasher and washing/drying machines as well as A/C and heat. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and its own door to the bathroom, and the smaller bedroom/office has lots of natural light and a good-sized reach-in closet. The unit will be unfurnished.

Rent is $1660 plus ~230 in utilities. Included in rent is access to the apartment complex gym, the pool, valet trash service, and other amenities. The complex is pet friendly as well. Please reach out with any questions - I have loved living here and would be happy to schedule a tour or time for a video or phone call!
