The Morgan at Chapel Hill Apartments

I am currently moving out of my apartment on May 11th and my two roommates are looking for someone to replace me on the lease when it renews in July. If you want to move in earlier, I am open to subletting my room for the remaining months of my lease... . I also want to offload my bedroom, dining room, and deck furniture and am willing to sell it to you at a reasonable price.

We're in a 3-bed 2-bath apartment at the Morgan and the room that is opening up is the second-largest bedroom in the flat. The total monthly rent for the apartment is $2175, my rent covers $725 of that. The costs of water, wifi, electricity, and trash collection are paid for separately. The apartment is very close to the main entrance of the apartment complex, the pool is a couple minutes' walk away, and the gym is right down the road from us. The community at the Morgan is majority grad students and is predominantly filled with young adults, with a few families here and there. I'm pretty sure there is a minimum age of 21 to rent at the Morgan which explains why I haven't seen any undergrads around. No complaints about the amenities here at all. The community has lots of areas for picnics and grilling, and it also has a dog park. The gym has every machine you need and the pool has no shortage of great lounging areas. The Morgan is a 10 minute walk to the bus stops by the Friday center which is a convenient option to get to campus.
