Hi, I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment for a private bedroom and bathroom during the SPRING 2026 season (January 1st-July 22nd); flexible move out date if you need to move out earlier, can take over the lease fully if you'd like). Pets... allowed. FULLY FURNISHED. Private room is spacious with a clean renovated private bathroom, and the bedroom window view is beautiful on the second floor. Closet is big, and the doors are two sliding full body mirrors. Has car parking and biking storage. Bus stop nearby, 6 minute walk. Nearby campus in the town of Chapel Hill. Chapel Ridge has a pool for the community, a 24 hour gym, fireplace, grills, and basketball, tennis, and volleyball court. Clubhouse with TV, gaming, and study lounge. Chapel Ridge hosts activities for the community members to get to know each other.
